Is it really Santa?
Every call is with Santa himself, live and unscripted — never a recording, never an artificial voice. He knows your child's name and what they're wishing for before he picks up.
How does a call work?
Pick a length, choose a time, and tell Santa about your child. At call time you'll open your booking link, and Santa appears on video from his study at the North Pole. No app to download and no account to create.
What if my child is shy or very young?
Santa leads the whole conversation and is wonderful with quiet kids. Many parents of toddlers choose the five-minute hello — it is exactly the right length for little attention spans.
Can family watch the call?
Everyone in the room is part of the visit — siblings, cousins, grandparents. Santa loves a full living room.
